Why do business in Iowa City?

Iowa City is a growing, but historic city. The original capitol of the state, and home of the University of Iowa, Iowa City is known as one of the most creative towns in the country. With decades of some of the world's most famous writers and artists having lived and worked here, it's a town like no other.

With almost a constant flow of tourists coming for festivals, concerts, and Big 10 sporting events, Iowa City is a dynamic town perfect for young entrepreneurs looking to find their footing, or established businesses that are searching for a new spark.
