All bids are to be filed with the Office of the City Clerk, 410 E. Washington Street, Iowa City, IA 52240 by the specified date and time in order to be eligible for consideration.

Sign Up for Ion Wave to Receive and View Construction Project Bids

The City of Iowa City will be transitioning to electronic bidding for the City’s construction projects utilizing the Ion Wave bidding platform. It is anticipated that the transition from accepting bids through the City Clerk’s Office to accepting bids through Ion Wave will occur this summer. In preparation for this transition, the City is requesting contractors interested in working with the City on construction projects to register on Ion Wave beginning now at https://icgov.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Contractors registered on Ion Wave will be able to receive notifications of upcoming bids as soon as they are registered and submit bids once the City begins accepting them electronically online.
